Dealer price books run to multiple tiers. One wrong number in the wrong tier is a business problem, and hand-building every variant in InDesign is how that number gets in.

The price-book engine
A programmatic InDesign pipeline, driven from data, with gates that run before a page is placed. The 2027 Target Dealer Price Book is 13 pages across 3 tiers, 154 frames, and 23 tables with 652 cells. 283 of 283 part numbers were audited, with zero cross-tier price leakage. A rebuild takes 6 seconds, behind 9 offline gates and more than 348 assertions. Twenty-seven bugs were fixed along the way.
One prompt, 103 styles
The 2027 apparel wholesale price book for Scheels is 14 pages covering 103 styles. Sixty-eight needed shots. Fifty-five had official assets. Twelve gaps were tracked. The process ran from a spreadsheet to a shot list on disk: one folder per shot, a manifest, official assets split from generated ones. Filename-flagged changes were caught along the way.
Packshots for missing styles were generated from one fixed prompt for every shot, square, 2048 pixels minimum, the product at about 90% of the frame width. That was a lesson from an earlier hat batch, where a different prompt per product caused drift across 64 composites.
The 2027 dealer price book, the wholesale apparel price list, followed on 12 October 2026.
The XTS whitepaper
Concept XTS Whitepaper v1.4 is 12 pages with zero overset text. It is a technical document for target archers: how the bow is built, and the three models side by side, laid out so the engineering reads easily.
Ad systems
Seventy ads for the product lines. One headline, the product cut out big, black, white, and red. Thirty-six of them open this page.
Retail and events
The Scheels retail display program covers stores in 9 states: SEG wall graphics, backlit pillar wraps, and window graphics, more than 80 final print files.
Also the 2026 target bow catalog, brochures, and the dealer order form. Dealer and employee price books. More than 50 print files for the Vegas Shoot and ASA events, including posters, banners, and the 300 and 900 Club stickers. A deck system of about 31 templates.
