Agents at the desktop apps
Agents drive After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Affinity through a gate I control.
Through the gate, not around it
Agents should drive the real desktop apps through a gate I control, never around it. A human review sits in front of anything that runs.

After Effects
AE Motion Engine v1.0 is a React panel in After Effects, a local Python bridge on port 8765, a model, and ExtendScript. It has 10 motion skills and builds in 76ms.
Each app has its own bridge. After Effects and InDesign share port 8765. Illustrator is on 8767. Affinity is on 6767.
Twenty skills, versioned
The ops engine is 20 skills in a versioned package, from v0.1.0 to v0.4.0, with governance, a changelog, and a release flow: edit, review, version bump, changelog, release. It carries 3 context packs and a verified knowledge base.
The agent team has lanes: coordination, strategy, alignment, design, build, and a read-only mailbox. Each lane has its own rules.
Multi-Brand Studio
A white-label design-system platform with deterministic campaign kits, and a companion Figma plugin. It is a single HTML file of about 333KB. Tests are green, 37 and 28, and it has its own GIF encoder.
file_doctor is a read-only audit of the file system: 23,221 files, 278 GB, five rules, about one second to run. chart-kit turned data into brand-locked vector slides, 8 builders and 119 brand-font text nodes. It was a method proof, and it has been retired.
The email design system ran across 8 campaigns.
