Brand HQ

Brand HQ is a live record graph of the whole AUXMFG system, written during every working session. Ninety-eight sessions over ten weeks, from 8 July to 12 September 2026. 1,083 records and 2,222 relations. 89 journal entries. 1,535 activity events. 27 skills.

New files register themselves into the graph within seconds. A status change is a patch with a note, never a silent edit. A reconciliation view shows whether each claim is confirmed or contradicted. Simulate runs nine scenario templates. Past sessions replay on the graph.

What overrides everything

The stack is a lean brainstem, then operating rules and a quality bar, then routers, then 24 procedures, then domain knowledge, then facts, then the interface. Two rules override the rest. Classify and route before acting. Nothing ships without explicit approval.

Work HQ, and the book

Work HQ replaced Brand HQ as the system of record. If it is not in the repo, it did not happen.

The portfolio engine is register, validate, render, bake, export, with 169 tests. The print portfolio is 45 pages at 16 × 10.5 inches, with 165 color images. A Python generator assembled it from the design files on disk.
